Automated payments

Common Knowledge pays for a lot of subscriptions to PAAS, SAAS and other software providers. Some of these are set up in the form of direct debits with usage-dependent costs, so it's important to keep track of spending, and make sure bills aren't running out of control due to things like (1) free tier software expiring, (2) traffic/bandwidth spikes for websites and services and (3) general price hikes.

Manual payments

Some payments are still set up to require manual input / confirmation. This might change in the future, but for now all our payments are made via Co-op Bank online banking. These include: payments to HMRC, salary payments, invoice payments to freelancers.
